These Terms govern your use of Mathora. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Mathora.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mathora. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. What Mathora Does

Mathora is a study aid that reads a math problem (typed or photographed) and generates step-by-step explanations using AI.

Important — please read. Mathora's solutions are generated by AI and may contain errors or be incomplete. Mathora is a learning aid, not a guaranteed answer key or a substitute for your own work, your teacher, or your school's academic-integrity rules. Always review and verify solutions, and use Mathora to understand problems — not to submit work that isn't your own.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Mathora offers a free trial and a limited number of free solves per day. Unlimited solving requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

Use Mathora for your own personal, lawful study. Do not misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service, and do not use it in violation of your school's policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Mathora and its content are owned by us. You retain ownership of the problems you submit; you grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Mathora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for reliance on any AI-generated solution.

7. Termination

You may stop using Mathora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
